Planning Tiers
Consultation Sessions
- Meet with an experienced event planner, either in person or over zoom, for several 2hr sessions where you will design a budget, to-do list, day-of timelines, and get answers to your burning wedding planning questions.
- Contact: Planner is available for client inquiries by email throughout the wedding process.
- The planner is not present at wedding weekend activities.
- Recommended for budgets under $10k.
Month-of Coordinator
- Final Details Meeting (2hrs): Walk the planner through your wedding weekend, handing off necessary information and last-minute administration tasks. Create set-up/take-down lists, day-of timelines, and other items together.
- Wedding Weekend (10hrs): Planner will be onsite to run rehearsal, answer vendor questions, set up decorations, keep timelines running, and handle day-of details so the couple doesn’t have to.
- Contact: Planner is available for client inquiries by email throughout the wedding process.
- Recommended for budgets over $10k.
Wedding Planner
Enjoy the convenience of having a wedding planner for the entirety of your wedding planning process.
From creating a budget and to-do list up to a year ahead of time, to researching vendors and coordinating payment deadlines, all the way through running your rehearsal and wedding day set-up and take-down, the planner will make sure each major step is covered and details work together seamlessly.
Includes all of the Month-of Coordination items, along with a minimum of five included monthly meetings with your planner.
Recommended for budgets over $20k.
